• Breakfast: Granola

    Granola

    Ideal to serve with your favorite yogurt for breakfast or why not mix it to get a more filling smoothie Suitable both for breakfast, snacks and evening meals. The granola can also be used as a topping for various types of pastries and desserts. Free from gluten and peanuts. 

    Ingredients:

    5 cups rolled oats

    1 cup hazelnuts

    1 cup almonds

    1 cup coconut flakes

    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

    1 tsp cinnamon

    1 tsp cardamom

    1/2 of honey

    1-2 cups water

    Do this:

    Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

    Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. 

    Pour your granola onto a large baking sheet. Cook in the oven for 20minutes.Stir for every five minutes to avoid a burned granola. 

    Keep in mind that the granola will set and harden as it cools. Let the granola cool completely in the pan, then store in an airtight container. Glass jar is good because you can show off your granola’s astonishing beauty! 

    Tips: If you have the time and patient, let the granola cook in the oven, under 100 degrees, for 2 hours. This little trick is amazing if you want to be sure that the nutrients in the granola not will be destroyed by the heat.
